Our annual All-Hands meeting will be held in Tucson, AZ at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort located at 245 E. Ina Rd. Tucson, AZ 85704. The regular sessions are Tuesday, December 9, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Join us for a welcome reception from 6PM - 8PM on Monday, December 8 on the Vigas Patio. We are providing an Antipasto, vegetable crudité, and a Build Your Own Smores Station. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided; beer and wine will be available for purchase.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner will be provided on Tuesday. On the evening of Tuesday, December 9, we will host a dinner session. Breakfast and Lunch provided on Wednesday.
